The Old School

The Old School has been tastefully converted and is situated on a working farm within walking distance to all three of Rhossili’s bays.  The cottage is on two levels and sleeps 2/3.  It has a double room upstairs with built in wardrobes and drawers a sofa bed in the living room.  All bed linen is provided.

The kitchen/diner is fully fitted and contains a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven/hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The floors are finished in natural stone.

The lounge has a sofa bed and occasional furniture. There is a tv with Freeview and a CD/DVD player. The cottage benefits from oil fired central heating throughout but also has a log burner.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle and basin with a separate toilet downstairs which has an electric shaver point over the basin. Towels for use in the cottage are provided.

Cot and high chairs are available if required.

There is also a patio area with table and chairs for those who enjoy alfresco dining.

The closest beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The nearest restaurant/licensed premises is also 10 minutes walk. The nearest shop is only a short car journey away.

For a family gathering or friends reunion, combine the Old School cottage and Fferm Llong cottage to sleep up to 9 – ideal for summer holidays, Christmas or New Year.

No contract shall exist until confirmation and a non-returnable deposit of £150 per week has been received. The total is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional booking can be made by telephone or e-mail but must be honoured with a deposit within 5 days.


Prior to six weeks before arrival date the non returnable deposit of £150 per week will be forfeit. No other payment will be required. Cancellation less than six weeks before arrival date, the full amount will be forfeit.
